What will you do?

Partner with Data, Research, Design and Engineering to take our native app and make it sing! You will work on our new reward card offering, and find ways to grow it from a small base to a global scale via hypothesis-led experimentation.

You'll own your own roadmap, prioritising initiatives to move the needle and drive us towards our business objectives.

Day to day you’ll:

• Work with research and data to understand user needs and behaviours
• Plan your roadmap based on OKRs
• Lead planning sessions, manage cycles and perform retrospectives for your squad
• Collaborate across the business to create maximum impact
• You’ll design, build, ship products and grow.

You will need:

• You have experience working in Finance or FinTech
• You have experience finding growth through experimentation
